The
historic Martha Washington Inn has fifty-one rooms and eleven suites.
Each one of our sixty-two guestrooms is unique in décor,
but all are furnished with antiques as well as a television, bathrobes,
irons and ironing boards, and complimentary sherry. The eleven suites
also come equipped with a refrigerator.
Premier
Suites
Executive
Suite
This elegant two-bedroom suite was dedicated in June of 2003 and
is decorated in a golf motif. One of the suite's luxurious bedrooms
is furnished with a king bed, and the other has two queen sleigh
beds. The living area is outfitted with a flat screen TV and an
executive desk with a computer with high speed DSL connection. The
bathroom is oversized with two pedestal sinks, a bidet, and a huge
shower containing an eight jet tower fixture.
The Camberley Suite
Overlooking historic Main Street Abingdon, the Camberley Suite is
lavishly furnished with fine antiques. This room has a spacious
living area with a fireplace. The Camberley Suite also features
a large separate dressing room. The bedroom has a high queen bed,
floor-length mirror, television, and fireplace. The bathroom features
a relaxing steam shower and Jacuzzi.
The
Governor’s Suite
Located
in the oldest part of the inn, this beautiful room offers a large
separate sitting area with a fireplace and wet bar. The bedroom
décor includes a beautiful double sleigh bed and a second
fireplace. The bathroom features a refreshing steam shower and Jacuzzi.
Junior
Suites
Junior Suites feature a separate living area as well as the bedroom.
Both the sitting room and the bedroom are equipped with a television.
Selected junior suites include a Jacuzzi. Junior suites offer a
king bed, queen bed, or a double bed.
Deluxe
Rooms
The deluxe rooms are larger than the standard rooms, and guests
can choose from one king bed, two queen beds, or one double bed.
Deluxe rooms with two queen beds also feature a sitting area with
table and chairs.
Standard Rooms
Standard rooms are equipped with one double bed, two double beds
or two twin beds.
